Kurt Hauffe is pleased to serve the citizens throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region and the State of Michigan. He has ties to the Saginaw Community that span over 45 years.

Following his graduation from Arthur Hill High School in 1984, Kurt attended Central Michigan University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 with a double major in Psychology and Political Science.

Kurt then attended law school at Detroit College of Law in 1989 and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1993. He returned to his Saginaw roots and joined the family law firm which now has combined experience of over 63 years. Kurt is admitted to practice in all Michigan and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Saginaw County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and the Michigan Association for Justice.

During the course of his practice spanning more than 20 years, Kurt has become a notable trial attorney in Saginaw and throughout Mid-Michigan and has obtained numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his injured clients. His success in the Courtroom includes several record-setting verdicts obtained throughout the State.

Pete Hauffe graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1960 and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in 1964. He then worked as a recreation director and coach for the City of Detroit while attending Detroit College of Law.

Pete graduated from Detroit College of Law in 1969 with a Juris Doctor Degree. He has been admitted to practice in all Michigan and Federal courts.

Pete’s varied career includes services as Assistant Saginaw County Prosecuting Attorney and United States Magistrate – Eastern District/Northern Division.
