When I had my accident, I did not know where to turn for help. A friend recommended Hauffe & Hauffe Law Firm. I called Hauffe & Hauffe and arrangements were made immediately to meet with me at the rehabilitation center where I was a patient. At that point, I felt these lawyers were genuinely concerned about me and I felt confident in how the attorneys handled everything. They were in touch with me often to check on me not only as a client, but as a person struggling to recover from an accident. I would recommend these attorneys to anyone in need of legal counsel or representation. – Betty R., 20 August 2011.

This is a note to the Hauffe & Hauffe Law Firm to say a big “thank you” for all you did for me during a very stressful period of my life. In September, I was hurt by an employee in one of our large retail stores. After a couple of months, I realized I was hurt more than I had first thought. I contacted the insurance company of the retail store. I was treated very rudely by their representative. I stopped my conversation with him and called the law office of Hauffe & Hauffe. I had done business with them in the past and they had always been very caring. When I told my side of the story, Pete and Kurt Hauffe were both very concerned. They told me to go home and try to relax, that they would see what they could find out. Kurt wound up handling my case and seemed to make the whole process easy. Kurt stayed in contact to make sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. Kurt also helped me through a bad state of depression by his reassurance and friendly manner and he kept in contact with my husband during a time of surgery I had to have because of the accident. Kurt handled my lawsuit with professionalism and with a friendly, personal touch. He was always there for me whenever I needed reassurance. He made everything easier for me as he and the office staff handled everything. I was very satisfied with the results of the lawsuit. So I just want to thank you again for everything you and your staff did for me. – Kim, 15 September 2011

My wife had a serious accident in 2007 caused by an employee at one of the largest retail stores in the world. She tried to go back to work, but was unable to because of the injuries to her back and ankle, and was eventually terminated for being unable to work even after surgery. She contacted the retailer and was instructed to contact their insurance company. After speaking with their adjuster via phone and being treated rudely and without any respect for her injuries, we decided to contact an attorney. My wife and I had previous dealings with Hauffe & Hauffe Law Firm in the past and decided to call them to see who they would recommend for an attorney to handle the situation with the insurance company. Both Pete and Kurt Hauffe sat down with us and explained that they handled this type of action. After explaining our situation, they agreed to handle her case without any more unpleasant dealings with the insurance company representatives. Kurt Hauffe started right in and with professionalism and caring, set my wife’s mind at ease and informed her that he would take care of any dealing with the retailer and the insurance company from that point on. Kurt kept both of us in the loop in all the dealings and correspondence between the retailer and the insurance companies involving her case. As time went by and the case progressed, my wife went into a state of deep depression. Kurt helped in his unique way and my wife got through this whole ordeal. Kurt’s advise and counseling to both of us made the lawsuit much easier to deal with. His handling of the large retailer and the insurance companies, both theirs and ours, to ensure their treatment toward us to be honest, fair, and with respect. Kurt’s professionalism and caring attitude brought our lawsuit to a satisfying conclusion. I don’t know any other law firm that could have handled our case with more caring, with such personal and professional touch as Hauffe & Hauffe Law Firm. Not only were the attorneys helpful, their office staff made us feel like we were the only people that mattered. So again, I say thanks for everything. – Dan, 16 September 2011
